Refund policy

At URBAN BRAND, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns for eligible products within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and invoices are included
  • Product is not physically damaged due to customer misuse
  • Return request is raised within the eligible return period

Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used earphones/headphones due to hygiene reasons
  • Software, digital products, or gift cards
  • Products damaged due to improper use
  • Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • COD Orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the product received was damaged or incorrect

Replacement Policy

We offer replacement in case of:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Damaged item received

Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with proper unboxing video/photos.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
  • Refund for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed within 3–5 business days
